With a passion for singing, Urja went on to further develop his craft by learning from the best he came across. He started with a 3 year Course from the Mahatma Gandhi Institute in Mauritius, and then moved to India to learn at the Sa Re Ga Ma Academy in Mumbai. He also had eminent Mentors like Pandit Arun Debnath, Pandit Devanand Pathak, and the one and only Shailendra Singh who taught him at the Roshan Taneja Academy.
Urja has written and sung many songs in Hindi. His first Album was “Kaise Bhulaoon” which was released by Ocean Records in Mumbai. His songs “Jeena Mere Yaar” and “Bhul Na Jana” were both released by Red Ribbon Musik Mumbai. He sang and acted in the song “Mere Pyare Maula” released on his own Chanel on Youtube and also on VEVO.
